Shelf price and medical aid claim

I wanted to take a acid stabilizer. On the shelf it was priced R53, and i wanted to take it on my medical aid from my over the counter limit. They charged my medical aid R87. And on top of that i was going to pay a levy of R11. How do they live with their conscious? I will never buy there again. You lost a client Pharma Value.
