Refused to give over-the-counter anti-inflammatory
I got a new piercing done in my ear and was advised by my piercer to go to the pharmacy and get anti-inflammatory pills in case of swelling, as well as Saline solution for cleaning my new piercing (amongst other methods).

When explaining to the new (?) pharmacist about wanting Saline solution, he angrily asked me who recommended it and said that he only gives out surgical spirits (this is too harsh for new piercings) because Saline is ONLY injected. After a while, he found the Saline and wanted to charge R35 for 10 little vials. Needless to say I made my own at home. Also, he said that \Beauty is in the eye of the beholder""; as one does not need a prescription.

Further; he was complaining to me about his day and how the staff was making him angry;and told me about how he had all his teeth redone without the use of pain medication.

I have been going to this Pharma Value for years. I have never before felt like an unwanted and worthless customer until that day.

Considering taking my prescription elsewhere. No need to contact me"""
