Pharma Valu Queenswood - Worst Pharmacy EVER!!!!!

Worst, unorganized service ever. No stock, and every time my mother call to confirm her medication is ready for pickup, they advise that all is in order, however when we get there nothing is in stock, and they have 3 out of 10 items in stock and tells her to go somewhere else. This has been going for months, they never have stock, never pack the correct medication and just don't care! You make a very sick woman stand there trying to sort out medication and then tell her to go somewhere else, handing her the scripts and that is it. No use in calling and asking if everything is fine and you can pick up, the lazy staff will advise yes and then shocker its not.

Your service and stock lever is disgusting!!!
