Give me my money back.

Taking a costomers money by mistake is understandable- refusing to give the R754.76 back is, as I understand, considered theft to any ethical standards. Luckily I, as a South African citizen, am protected from this behavior. I will, understandably, step up to my responsibility as an individual with basic human rights to protect these rights. After all, they're your rights too- you're welcome.
