Terrible sale service

<p>My card was declined by the machine (after just using it in pick n pay) and instead of asking to retry, the lady keeps my card away from me and asks if it's my card. I tell her it is, and I want it back to get another one from car as my wallet is in the car. She still keeps my card and repeats her question 3times. Thereafter I said give my my F@#& card so I can go get one and come pay, she gives it. When I come back she is so rude and tells me I am not allowed to say fu@k again and then CRUMPLE MY SLIP AND THROWS IT IN MY FACE. One I needed for my medical aid! </p> <p>I phone the manager and all the manager has to say is MMMMMM.. Wow! </p>
