No updates post placing and paying for an order

Placed an order on the 7th of November. Paid in full, via payfast and received confirmation of the same. With it being the 12th of November and receiving no updates, I checked the online store and it reflects as my payment still pending, so my order has not been dispatched. This is incorrect. R851.

I have emailed twice with no acknowledgement or response, I have attempted calling, and the number just rings. Quite frustrating. Not sure how else to either get my products or my money back.
