Unprofessional! Haughty! *******!

We have had numerous problems in our estate with this company. I do not blame the security guards at all - the company is *******. the most recent incident which is absolutely disgusting is that they overwork their guards and charge them for it. R500 for it. The guard fell asleep one night and my husband and I woke him up - it was 9pm - the poor guy had been relieved of duty that morning at 10. My husband had to shake him to wake him - no substances are involved with this guard - the guard jumped up and apologized and apologized and we thought him responsible when he was overworked and exhausted! Their lives, can anyone empathize with them? They already live off of a limited salary - they have to travel far to get to work - now they ae overworked and then get fined?? We contacted the company and to our relief they called in someone else to take that shift - and then they charge him R500! R500?! Talk about oppressing the poor! Disgusting! I have had it with this company - their guards have not been trained - we have exp[eriemced numerous problems where it is the companies fault man! It is their responsibility to tell their guards that people have to sign in! but you see - their OWN guys give them attitude about it! - their drivers who patrol give the guards attitudes and problems because they have to sign in upon entry - what the hell? Its a security complex! You have to! How unprofessional! Also, the guys who are supposed to patrol, have not patrolled when they were supposed to... Communicating with the ceo - wow. Attitude attitude attitude. The women who communicated with him is such a lovely person. This company is all about show - big expensive vehicles and look at what they do! It is *******! It is wrong!!
