Possible crime syndicate

I work in Cape Town and park at Picbell Mall. On November 9th between 11:30am and 9pm my car was broken into and my stereo was completely ******. Mind you I work in Cape Town and has been parking there for a while. Upon paying, the lady told me that since this company took over there has been numerous reports of theft since the company took over and even happening during the day. When approaching the security they were very unwilling to help me and refused to give me the contact details of the company. They also looked very guilty when I asked them about it. I would like to see something done and I want to get refunded for my goods that was ******.
