Phangela Group lacking business

A week ago I called up the Phangela Group to have a tech/rep come and do a quote for me for a new alarm system. This morning, 23 July 2018, I called them again to know whats going on. I was told that I will be called back within the hour by a rep. 14:30 on 23 July 2018 I called them up again to enquire why I have still not been contacted.

my conclusion...

Phangela Group is quick to advertise how fabulous they are, but when you want to do business with them, they just dont care. This is not a security company I would have to save my life should there be an emergency.

I have decided to go with another security company that is willing to work with me. they call back when they say they will, They are responsive and their rates are extremely reasonable.

DO NOT ATTEMPT to do business with PHANGELA GROUP as they dont make the effort to do their job like a REAL SECURITY COMPANY is supposed to.
