Non stop unauthorized deductions

I've been working for this company for more than a year now.when i signed the contract with the company I was told im in probation for 6 months which means I will get paid with grade D but thing changed after 9 months when i ask if I'm still on probation because I'm still being paid with D instead of grade C. They said there is no such thing as probation in the company.every single month i have my salary deducted without knowing what are they for because they use smartwords in your payslip under that deductions like the (Client cost recovery) which they don't even send you the proof or invoce to prove that someone is not pocketing your money. I endup go for a loan because the company deducted more than half of my salary. I'm now used it because they always make diductions and i am sick and tired of this deductions because sometimes its even hard to pay rent because the company left you with a R1200 out of R3250 this company doesnt care its all business
