No SALARY Payments - Phangela Group

This is a horrible company to work for and not even worth the one star. They deduct money from your salary without explaining what for and why, they don't pay salaries on time either. I worked for them and handed in my resignation and severed out my notice period only to have not salary paid over to me, and 14 days later after salary was due monies was not even a fraction of what was owing. No leave pay was given, not overtime worked. They make empty promises. They are paid a fortunate for their services by clients but treat their staff like garbage. Upon inquiries Mr Zane, a director, was escalating the matter, but this too with delays. No refund was even given for the uniform returned. This is disappointing and i hope other securities will read this as well and never work for this utterly disgusting company!!!! Phangela Group you are a disgrace to the industry.
