No response

For an enquiry made 14 December it is unfortunate that I last received any feedback from Jackie on the 28th of December telling me that the person who could assist was on leave. If only one person is able to assist in trade ins, maybe they need to rethink this because judging from the no response, it’s Feb and I have not received feedback of which can only mean this persons leave has not ended. By far, horrible service and client care
