Phale's Designs and Projects is a ****

The Director of the Business Mr Katlego Phale requested a deposit from me before he can come and install canvas blind for my patio. Upon receipt of the deposit, he began to lie to me about coming over to install. When I later went to his business site, he began to threaten me of trespassing. He still has my R3100 deposit. I think he collects monies from unsuspecting clients under the pretense of still running a business.
