Double check your bill when you pay this guy

I took a few of my clients to Phaladingwe Adventures' Battle of the Bush Chefs as a Year End get together.<br> <br> I was quoted Rx per person for the Battle, and Graham up-saled the tickets with a R100.00 bar-tab per person added on,of which I took the gesture.<br> <br> 50% Deposit was paid before we arrived for the event. We generally had great fun the day, and I was handed the bill at the end of our event. The bill included the remainder of the 50% and a bar-tab that was running - I settled it all even with a 20% tip.<br> <br> When I got home and reflected back, I realised that the R100 prepaid bartab per person was not deducted and I had been overcharged with R2200.00. I immediately notified Graham of this error and if he could kindly refund the money. I did not hear from him (as this was the Festive Period) and after another email in January he rep**** apologies and he will rectify it ASAP.<br> <br> After more emails each month, I got ignored and the money is not paid back yet.<br> <br> It is sad that a great experience, is being messed up by the owner who does not want to pay back money not due to him.
