Poor service

Tall lady at the reception is very condescending, doesn’t know how to address clients , the other older lady didn’t even bother stepping in to lighten the situation, they work with people, they should know how to address people and control their ways of response. Their workshop is overbooked and they don’t have the man power, making the floor manager in the workshop to look like he is *********** of his work, but that is not the whole story
