Unfair hiring practices

Phakisa Holdings is a recruitment company based in Johannesburg with offices in Durban as well. They outsource staff for big multinational companies, however they are unprofessional and not transparent about the way they do their work. Phakisa employs staff members without disclosing the salary in the contract, further more staff works not knowing on which day they will get paid. This is something very underhanded and dangerous because it means this companys main aim is to exploit desperate people who are unemployed. We are living in very uncertain times, Covid19 has affected the job market as well as the economy. People take whatever job they are given however that doesn't mean they should be taken advantage of.
