Unpaid claim

On the 8 of june 2022 i have submitted all my late niece claims for her funeral arrangements..unfortunately there was no nominated beneficiary so Phakama requested me to send an authority letter.I have send the Letter of Authority on the 29 of June.They promised to pay within 72 hours.Its more than that now.When i call Phakama thwy are telling me about Liberty. Can someone pls attend to this matter ASAP cause i want to heal and pay the funeral expenses cauae i owe rhe undertaker and they are planning to take legal action. This claim its been dragging for too long now.
