Pathetic service from Phakama Funeral Cover

<p>I have had a funeral cover for loved ones for many years with Phakama. My policy lapsed and not one person took it upon themselves to contact me. Fortunately, i did not make a claim, else i would be disappointed. If ever one need to take out a funeral cover, please do not tuse Phakama, their service sucks and their competency has sadly passed away</p>
