Angry and want my money back

I have had a funeral policy with discovery life insure for 4 years . Then as I was upgrading my work and had no salary for 2 months you decide to have this standalone policy lapsing. I was not even informed. Then after a few months again you go and start deducting my salary without my permission. I want my money back immediately as I'm not even covered anymore. This is pathetic service. It's really frustrating as you don't even respond to calls or emails
