Masilo Sepane is a con artist. He asked for a 50 percent deposit and started with basic demolition .Shortly thereafter,He asked for more money so that he could get more workers. He sent unqualified workers who could not do basic wall prep for painting. He kept asking for more money without doing any substantial work.
