Dud reconditioned laptop

Sells reconditioned laptops via Bid or Buy (BoBshop). I bought a Dell Latitude laptop for my very elderly mother. Very soon it started freezing and it turns out the motherboard is faulty. So it's completely useless. Because my mother is 88 and not tech literate and carried on using her old laptop (because of difficulty using the reconditioned one), I only noticef after 4 months. Seller's not interested. R5500 wasted. Be very careful about buying a 'reconditioned' laptop on bobshop from this seller. Make sure you thoroughly test it as soon as possible. That was my mistake.
