Unhappy with service and delayed delivery

I had ordered a sweater online only to be told that it's not available after I made payment. I requested for a different one three weeks later still haven't received any order. I enquired on Monday, I was told I will receive it by Friday. Still no notication that my order is being shipped. I am so not happy with their service and not even one single apology for all the inconvenience.
