Bull****ter Service

<p>On arround 10 October 2016 I invited people (companies) to qout me on my "Lapa" and Braai area to be done. The job was as follows;</p> <p>1. Strip the current grass from the roof (Lapa).</p> <p>2. Build in a braai with a table/working area next to the braai on one side and a "PREP" bowl on the other side. I supp**** the complete steel braai).</p> <p>3. Also to do rock-art on all work area around the braai, where the new building was done.</p> <p>4. Re-Thatch the 55 square meter lapa roof.</p> <p>As all, I chose the cheapest qoutation at R37 500.00. On 12 October 2016 I paid the contractor R19 000.00 deposit as stipulated on his qoutation.</p> <p>I am working outside South Africa and I was here for only two weeks at that stage. Yes, it did rain and he could not finish the job before I left SA again (This was 12 days after I Paid the deposit. The only thing he did until then was to strip the old roof)</p> <p>The old grass laid on my lawn for another 2 weeks. I was promised week after week that my place will be finished the following weekend...... as I was not in South Africa I had to take his word on every bull**** story he told me on whatsapp (and yes, i saved every text on whatsapp from me to him and every excuse he had back to me)</p> <p>So, I arrived back in SA on 2 December 2016 at 07:00. I had an appointment with Gerhard at 10:00(am) at my house. At 10:1****) I called and he answered (YEAH) , I was told he was picling up a bakkie in Zambezi Drive and he will be there soon......... at 10:30 I called again...... No answer..... at 10:50 again no answer...... at 11:15 I left....... at 11:30 he called me back (WOW) and he said he was on his way to my place..... (I had enough). I told him that he had enough time to do the job, I was fed up with excuses and bull****.</p> <p>I asked him to refund me at least R15 000.00 of the R19 000.00 I had payd him, he agreed on that !!!!</p> <p>Today is 03 December 2016 (20:50), he is not answering my phone calls anymore.</p>
