Service

I bought a vehicle which I was told there's a free delivery from mbombela. Somehow in the morning I received a call from their driver Mandla telling me he ran out of diesel and would like me to transfer him R2500 to carry on with the delivery which will be reimbursed after lunch. How do I really find out this is not a ****. The boss is telling me he's still busy and he can't do the transfer right now
