unfinished tar driveway

Had a quote to completed a tar runway .I paid funds to them complete job which would take 2 days to complete. Worked for 1 day and the next agreed time to complete they send a sms to say they have no funds to complete this job . Exsisting half finished area is also badly completed . BEST JOKE IS THEY OFFER A 5 year guarentee but that's easier if you never finish the work i would avoid this company AS THEY A BAD NEWS
