Winding up of Estate takes forever with these guys

These people are a JOKE, for Sars certificate which should take 21da6s as per their communication but it's now 3 months and still they dont have the certificate which suppose to take 21 days to receive from SaRS.

Please people of South Africa NEVER USE THE S3RVICES OF THIS CLOWN COMPANY WHICH ADVATANGE OF PEOPLE.

I encourage people who are disappointed or dissatisfied with PGA to go and lay a complain with Legal Practice Council, I've done so and waiting for the investigation to complete.

I advise unsatisfactory clients to lay a complain against PGA go to Pretoria and lay a complain

I will keep on reviewing PGA, whether my reviews are removed by them or not

So I still maintain that South African deserves to know the truth from the people who are directly affected by the thei incompetence.

Should the consultant from Masters Office refers or suggest PGA to you or your family just run and go somewhere else preferably go to any financial institution (Bank) and get them to administer your estate .... NEVER GO TO PGA ... YOU WILL REGRET THE DECISION.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I am receiving from this attorney company. In my experience, communication is poor, deadlines are not handled professionally, and I often feel ignored as a client. What concerned me most is the lack of empathy and understanding toward clients who are already facing financial difficulties. Professional legal services should make clients feel informed and respected. Unfortunately, that is not my experience.

I would advise anyone considering this firm to not use thier services for the sake of avoiding disappointment, their timelines, and communication expectations sucks. Clients deserve honesty, accountability, and respectful treatment from their legal representatives , which is something Preshnee Govender Attorneys doesn't have and they lack.

Worse part i reported them to Legal Practice Council, and all they can do is lie to LPC and tell them that im rude. Instead of acknowledging their lies and untruthfulness.

Last year when I woke to them I was told that the same Certificate that they are still wait8ng for was app**** for last year... and this year they are still saying the same thing they said last year.
