The worst nightmare. No service

It's been 4 years exactly to date October 2020 we opened 2 files for my late mother and father, on the 17th March 2023 I wrote a review expressing my dissatisfaction with the level of service and because of the review there was all over sudden a bit of movement more like a paper fire that quickly died soon, but credited goes to Madre who was the most professional and dedicated who pushed her fmside and finalize it. But still far from the end, from June 2024 we were promised that things will be different and file at SARS but to date all I get is run around. I send emails and call in for feedback with no response. There is no professionalism.

I have complained to one of the manager and he promised to assist us just like we were promised in June but the result are the same, I have called for the manager in 2 occasion without luck and doesn't return my calls. This was after numerous attempts to get feedback but all that is done is taken from pillar to post, they receptionist always say they will call you back but never happenes, all you get is a bunch of lies.

There is absolutely no service and regard for clients, they lack Ubuntu.

This is a worst nightmare

I wouldn't recommend even if the last option.
