No service and unprofessional

To think when we were reffered to PGA attorneys in 2020 by my neighbor highly recommend. I came for assistance with my late father and mother's estate late 2020, at first everything seemed well and they would give an update and the challenge of delays due to covid 19. Late 2022 I was called and told of a short fall I had to pay that's when I went to their office in Johannesburg only to find that in my mother's file some financial were missing, my father's estate has no progress and other directives we had given weren't initiated. Calling their office is such a nightmare because people are always busy and told to leave your details so they can call back which hardly happens. I have sent an email requesting for an update and a week has since passed and no response. I've come to see PGA attorneys true colours which there is no service at all and it's like they are doing you a favor or probono. I am hard done by PGA attorneys and their lack of of business ethics.
