PG Medical Scheme - Worst Service Ever!

Definitely the worst service I have received in a while. Lodged a claim almost three months ago. They took a month to process, then paid into the wrong bank account twice.. This after I had sent them my bank statement confirming the account number.

After almost 3 months of endless emails, calls and WhatApping, still have not been paid.

Appalling! Total disregard for customers!
