Impractical, inefficient and honestly painful to manage. I have submitted claims and its been two weeks since I have been refunded, but when it came to an outstanding amount owed, I got SMS, calls and emails to pay.

When it comes to my money, I never get straight answers! My patience has run out and I don't even have the option of cancelling the med aid.
