Customer complaint

My name is tiny silika.my rear window was smashed went to pg glass.they promised they have the glass their supplier will deliver in 4 to 7 working day.that was on the 9th of August.

I spoke Lucille witbank branch who promised that their ordering system has change to the 25fh I gave them the benefit the doubt comes the 25th.of August when I follow.it up all of sudden they do not have AN ETA date hence it was said to be available within 7working days They mislead client on buying their product and give empty promises everyday.the worse part they don't update until you follow up with them
