PG Enterprises - Unprofessional and do not honour their guarantees!!

I found PG Enterprises via the SweepSouth Connect App. I contracted them to do building repairs at my property in September 2021. Part of the job was to re-enamel 2 baths which carried a 5 year written guarantee. The baths began flaking 2 months later in December 2021. I thought I would have no problem getting the issue resolved as per the guarantee. I could not have been more wrong!

Mariaan, who is the contact person was often unavailable to take my calls or did not respond to messages. She avoided me for 2 months until finally committing to a day to come out and repair the baths. (This was 2 months after I brought the issue to her attention) When the day came no one pitched. Again I had to follow up many times to get an answer.

When I finally got a response - they said I must get another company to fix their poor workmanship. It was at this point I requested a full refund as is my right. They disagreed and have done nothing but dodge their responsibility to make right.

Seeking recourse, I raised the issue with SweepSouth. SweepSouth has now removed PG Enterprises from the platform.

On principle, I will continue to pursue all avenues to get a refund.
