PATHETIC SERVICE WITH NO RESPECT

I purchased a shower that hasn't been installed properly, leading to issues with the glass, which is unfortunately starting to deteriorate. I've reached out multiple times regarding this concern, but I have not yet seen any accountability or follow-up from the company. They have visited my home several times, but I haven't received any significant feedback on how we can resolve this situation.

In an effort to be patient, I also decided to buy windows from them in December. However, the installation was only partially completed, leaving the job unfinished. I hope to see improvements in their customer service and communication, as I feel that my concerns have not been adequately addressed. I genuinely believe in the potential of this company and would appreciate a more proactive approach to resolving these issues.
