Horrible service

Horrible experience from the Jhb North Branch. I was looking for window panes for my new house and found this place on Google. Nobody wanted to assist me and I was eventually told by some guy named Werner that they not interested in selling "bits and pieces" to people as they are a "massive" company. Eventually got them from elsewhere without having to put up with any more arrogant people.
