Deposit taken but no follow up

We've been battling for 3 weeks to progress building but due to a lack of response we are forced to pay a range of penalties. The sales consultant and branch manager gladly took a R30,000 deposit but subsequently they are ignoring emails, calls and sms messages. <br> If you want service and timeous delivery, rather consider an alternative supplier.
