Avoid PFR Projects and Petus Frederick Rautenbach

We had a terrible experience with PFR Projects, owned by Petus Frederick Rautenbach. He took R59,598.00 from us and never completed the job. We were building a beautiful granny flat for my parents to help them in their retirement years. Despite taking the payment, he only made excuses and failed to deliver.

When we confronted him, he insisted that sticking with him was the only way to avoid higher costs. After informing him that we would be laying theft charges, his response was dismissive, claiming there was nothing he could do.
