TRACKER OFFLINE FOR DAYS WITHOUT HELP!!!

On Monday the 29th of June. I received an sms to notify me that my tracking device is OFFLINE. I called them and was transferred to the technician who assured me that they will come through and have a look at it. I was promised that the technician will be at my workplace the next day early morning!! Nothing happened. They called and promise he will come through in the afternoon!! It's now day 3 and NOBODY has called me!!! I am travelling with a vehicle that has a tracker that is OFFLINE!!! How risky is that??? and yet they debit my account on a monthly basis without fail!!!
