SUBSCRIPTION CANCELATION
Phoned Head office and wanted to know how to go about to cancel my subscription. Was asked why I want to do, which is fair enough. i informed the consultant despite me wanting to cancel last time due to you guys sending me uncalled for messages threatening me the reason i want to cancel is that I have changed car insurance and the company I'm insuring with demands that they fit their own tracking device. <br> <br> The consultant tells me to tell my insurance company that I already have a tracking device in my car

I am a little confused by the nature of your conversation with our customer service agent (CSA). Our CSA's are encouraged to advise our customers on how to best proceed with there contracts in order to make the best use of our service for the full contracted period. For this reason, the CSA would have ask you why you wanted to cancel and given you alternatives.
If you are unable to make use of these alternatives and wish to proceed with a cancellation, then a settlement fee is payable. Upon receiving the settlement fee we will cancel your contract immediately. If you wish to have the device removed, we can direct you to a fitment centre where they will remove the unit at a cost of R225. For further details please contact our Customer Service Department.
If you would like me to further investigate your interaction with us, please can you forward your details to *** with the ticket ***. Please include the CSA's name.
