Disgusting service

We wanted to install a tracker but due to bad service and empty promises for installation which never happened,I requested that we get refunded for the amount that was paid to them. It's the 21st and still we haven't received anything. Some lady called yesterday who also promised to call today to confirm my request she haant. The service is poor when I call the car Centre I can never get to anyone, spent about 20 minutes on 3 occasions resulting me hanging up. Im glad we cancelled because we would've had problems when we needed them. I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!!!!You didn't struggle to get it from me
