Contract details changed from 2 years to 4 years
Good Day
In 2013 I got my insurance from FNB and there was a deal whereby I needed to install a tracker for my vehicle. Which I did with PFK Autowatch and everything was fine.

Then, in 2014 I sold my car and wanted to cancel the contract - but I was told it was a 2 year contract and that if I cancel it ahead of time, I'd need to pay a cancellation fee of quite a huge amount.

I then decided to rather wait out the two years as it was only R100 + per month.
2 years has since passed and I then enquired about cancelling only to find out that they said I'd have to pay in R1600 as my contract only expires in 2017 - which makes it 4 years NOT TWO.

This is contrary to what I can recall signing.
I NEED FEEDBACK URGENTLY, I have contacted them on their email: [Email Removed] without any responses.

I should be able to cancel my contract without any fees applicable - I do not recall being on a 4 year contract - and I was informed it was 2 years over a year ago.

PLEASE RECTIFY URGENTLY!!! - i want evidence that I signed a 4 year contract .
