Pfizer simply does not supply, without explanation

The contraceptive Minesse is not available anywhere in South Africa, and the supplier Pfizer have not supp**** any reason why. The pharmacy just expect clients to change contraceptive. Is this fair. What is going on. Why is this happening. Is there no other supplier in South Africa?
