I use to dose my goats with Prodose orange/red or yellow but was recommended Valbantel by the Obaro sales person,4 days later and the lost of 4 goats and one ram on the edge of blindness I had to re-do the exercise with the known products to prevent futher losses.<br> On 16/03/2015 I phoned Phizer H/O in Sandton and the only person that was helpful was the receptionist called Jodi. Today is Wednesday (18/03/2015) and no response from anybody was received. I just want to warn the farmers regarding this incedent as the result could be defestating in large flocks as the product to my experience was not good,i think it is the worst product I have ever bought,it is expensive(R688/2/lt) and is the biggest lot of junk I had on my small holding to date.To go back to the Cooperation will only be a waste of energy. As far as I go I will do my outmost best to warn farmers about the product and also about the non existence of customer care as one would expect from a huge firm such as Phizer. Farmers be warned,this is the biggest lot of junk you can buy.
