PFB Energy THE BEST solar company in Pretoria
From the beginning, Janine was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful with the quotation process and throughout the entire installation. Her support and communication were excellent. A special thank you to Hanu, the installer, who did an outstanding job. The workmanship was excellent, and everything was done professionally and with great attention to detail. What really impressed me about PFB Energy is their after-sales service, which is of the highest standard. They also have a payment policy that gave me great peace of mind — you only pay once the work has been completed and you have your Certificate of Compliance (COC) in hand. They were also the only company I found that could provide a proper solution for protecting my solar panels against golf-ball damage, which was extremely important to me as I live in a golf estate. PFB Energy is not necessarily the cheapest, but in my experience, you get what you pay for. When it comes to a major investment like a solar system, I would rather pay for quality, professionalism, proper workmanship and reliable after-sales support. My advice is to be very careful of the cheap, fly-by-night operators. A cheaper quote isn't necessarily a better deal. Thank you, Janine and Hanu, for an excellent job and great service. I would gladly recommend PFB Energy to anyone looking for a professional solar company! 🌞🔋 100% recommended!
