Pfaff South Africa - Sheldon Horvatice BAD service

I bought a Pfaff Passport2.0 sewing machine about 5 years ago. In January my machine stopped working and took it to a man that repairs all machine brands. He returned the Pfaff machine to me without being fixed because it needed a ""stepping motor feed"" spare and Pfaff South Africa wouldn't selling him the part. Fair enough... I took the machine to S.Z. Sewing Machines (Pty)Ltd in Bedfordview on the 9th February 2024. They told me that they would order the part from Pfaff South Africa, and I could fetch it in 2 weeks time. Phoned after 2 weeks and I was told that they were still waiting for the spare from Pfaff. After phoning this company a few times ( they never phoned to give me with an update) I decide to phone Pfaff South Africa (PH ***) myself. Spoke to Billy, whom promised to get back to me that day ( but he didn't). I had to phone again 2 days later. I then spoke to Sheldon Horvatice ( apparently the person in charge). He told me that the spare part would have to be ordered from overseas and it would take +/- a month to arrive. For the past 2 weeks (March already) I have been trying to speak to Sheldon, he is never available, I leave messages for him to phone me back, but he never does. This morning, 25th March, I phoned again, spoke to Billy and then to Heather to be told that Sheldon, again was not available to speak to me, he hasn't ordered the spare part. He told Heather to tell me that I'll have the part if this particular spare comes in the next consignment from overseas...my machine ""might"" be old model - which shows me that he doesn't even remember what is my machine model? I heard that Pfaff South Africa's service was a polling!!!But my experience goes beyond that. SO STAY AWAY FROM PFAFF SEWING MACHINES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
