Unauthorised debit order!!!

I just received an unauthorized debit order from this company. Refence no:704826_2. *** is the contact on that debit order. I was last with planet fitnessin 2019..Moved to vitality,on which they never transfered my membership. Lovkdown happened and nothing came of this. I never signed any contract with them therafter.
