Terrible experience at Pezula for our engagement!

My now Fiance’ had proposed to me on Saturday the 23rd of December 2023, At the Knysna heads. He had booked a dinner at Pezula hotel after the proposal to celebrate this special occasion. He had made sure that it was a private celebration for just the 2 of us, in which Pezula said they would put us in the wine cellar. When we got to the hotel, and asked for our reservation the staff called the manager and said unfortunately the wine cellar was full of boxes and instead of assisting us with another table he said sorry he couldn’t help us that evening (despite the many open tables available). My Fiancé and I had to leave Pezula to go and find a restaurant that would take us in last minute with no reservation. Not the way in which we wanted to celebrate this special occasion!
