Safety at Pezula Hotel

Checked into Room 2.During evening something exploded in the ceiling with lots of smoke and smell.After 4 calls eventually moved to a much “lesser” room.Supervisor (Lee) refusing to give het surname or that of the next person in control.Eventually a name was given whom I sent a message without a response.A bad experience and seriously question the safety standards at this institution.
