Pezula Hotel unwelcoming to locals

Called to request if open for lunch. Was told we are welcome. On arrival we were stopped and questioned as to if we are members. Only one table in the restaurant. Food was raw. Kids wanted to go to the pool and we were refused. Overall made to feel unwelcome to an empty space. Definitely make locals feel unwelcome. Server was good.
