We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Peyroll Holiday Express, specifically dealing with Muriel Charles and Mano.

Initially, the service appeared professional and friendly. Communication was consistent, invoices were issued promptly, and they went the extra mile to ensure everything seemed in order. We had even booked through them before without any issues, which built a sense of trust and confidence.

However, after making full payment for a larger booking over a longer period, communication completely stopped. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, they became unresponsive and unavailable. This has left us without clarity, without our booking, and without our money.

It is deeply upsetting to think about the hard-earned money, planning, and excitement that went into this trip. We trusted them based on prior experience and professional conduct, which makes this situation even more disheartening. We hope this review encourages transparency and accountability, and that no one else has to go through a similar experience.
