Pathetic service

Good Day Kindly assist I bought a vehicle in July 2019(four months ago) and the vehicle has a major gearbox problem. Peugeot Isando want authorization to strip the vehicle and fix it. I am not giving authorization reason being I will have the same problem at a later stage. MFC informed me that the dealer must replace the vehicle with the same one with the same value or they can cancel the deal and I can buy a vehicle from another company. It has been my 3rd week now without the vehicle and has no option but to travel with public transport to work. I pay for a vehicle that I don’t have and it’s unacceptable. Please note I WILL reverse the debit order every month until you reposes the vehicle. What pathetic service after all these years buying vehicles from Peugeot.
